The course is aimed at Environmental Management System assessors and managers, designers, managers, consultants and professionals from any Organisation that has or wants to implement an Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001.

Objectives

• Develop the practical skills required to conduct first, second and third party audits related to ISO 14001;

• Present tools and success factors for a profitable implementation of the Management System;

• Knowledge of voluntary and mandatory regulations;

• Defining an audit plan;

• Preparing working documents;

• Experimenting how to communicate in audits and with management;

• Simulate an audit and the preparation/presentation of the audit report.
