About it
"The phenomenon of violence in the workplace" is the online course organized by Newcert. The course focuses on the issue of violence and legislative interventions to prevent and combat this phenomenon.

The course is aimed at men and women of any Organization, interested in issues related to the prevention of violence and its various forms, eager to combat this phenomenon not only in private life but also in the workplace.
Objectives
The objective of the course is to raise learners' awareness of the issue of harassment and gender-based violence, providing them with a mix of strategies and tools capable of curbing the risk of harassment in the workplace and ensuring a peaceful working environment.
Contents
Learning to distinguish the different types of violence and its forms so that areas of prevention and areas for improvement can be identified. Also of paramount importance is in-depth study of protection at the regulatory and social levels.

Various types of violence: economic, physical, psychological, sexual;

The most egregious forms of contemporary violence: the crime of "stalking" including within the work context; so-called occupational stalking and the difference with "mobbing."

Legislative interventions in order to prevent and combat violence and harassment;

Training and awareness campaigns on the issue.
Structure

Duration: 2 hours - 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m.
