The course focuses on processes and on behaviors (in the market, within the company, with the supervisory authorities) aimed at risk prevention and reduction (legal, financial, reputational) deriving from the violation of laws and regulations (national and international), corporate rules and social norms, in the sector of Maintenance he was born in Facility Management.

Recipients
The course is aimed at managers, entrepreneurs and professionals who want to broaden their skills in the Areas of Compliance, risk management and business continuity in the field of Maintenance and Facility Management.
Objectives
The course aims to present the management principles (of people and processes) integrating legal, financial and reputational concepts of a Compliance System focused on Maintenance and Facility Management.
A certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the course.
Contents
The course will be held in five days and will address the following topics:

Introduction of the concept of Compliance and of the figure of Compliance Manager;

Compliance Management Systems which replaces the previous ISO 19600;
-
ISO 37301- Presentation of the contents of the new standard;

Analysis of the requirements of the ISO standards on Management Systems and in particular:

ISO 9001 – Quality;
-
ISO 14001 – Environment;
-
ISO 45001 – Safety in the workplace.
