About it
"Compliance Management" focuses on processes and behaviour (in the market, within the company, with the supervisory authorities) aimed at preventing and reducing risks (legal, financial, reputational) arising from the violation of laws and regulations (national and international), company rules and social norms.
The course is available online to allow maximum flexibility and professionalism, thanks to the collaboration with qualified and trained lecturers. You can follow our courses from home or the office, simply by logging on from your PC. This will save you time, effort and stress.

Objectives
The course aims to lead participants to assimilate management principles (of people and processes) by integrating legal, financial and reputational concepts into an intelligent, coherent and congruent Compliance System.
A certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the course.
Contents
The course will be held in one day and will cover the following topics:
- Introduction of the concept of Compliance and the figure of the Compliance Manager;
- Presentation of the contents of the new standard ISO 37301 - Compliance Management Systems, which replaces the previous ISO 19600;
- Analysis of the requirements of the ISO standards on management systems and in particular:

ISO 9001 – Quality;

ISO 14001 – Environment;

ISO 45001 – Safety in the workplace;

ISO 37001 – Anticorruption;

ISO 39001 – Road Safety.​
