Recipients
The course is aimed at food safety consultants and professionals, in-house quality managers and operators (OSA) and staff employed in the food industry who want to undertake the qualification pathway as ISO 22000 Internal Auditor.
Objectives

Develop the methodologies and practical skills necessary to accompany companies in conducting first, second and third party audits related to ISO 22000;

Promoting a culture of food safety;

Understand and apply the basic principles of HACCP;

Knowledge of the contents of ISO 22000;

Scheduling and planning audits effectively;

Training in conducting an audit of a Food Safety Management System, in preparing clear audit reports and knowing how to communicate them to the client and management;

Simulate an audit and the preparation/presentation of the audit report.

At the end of the course, participants will receive certificates of attendance and profit certificates recognised by ERCA, the European Register of Certified Auditors.

Structure
The course, with a total duration of 24 hours, will be conducted asynchronously:

Live e-learning meetings will be held on the Zoom digital platform.

Duration: 24 hours - 09.00 to 13.00 live e-learning; 14.00 to 18.00 asynchronous.

At the end of the course, after passing a final examination, participants will receive certificates of attendance and profit recognised by ERCA, the European Register of Certified Auditors.

If the course is not activated, the amount will be refunded in full.
